The Enforcement Attorney will be assigned to at least one Borough office and work on proactive enforcement cases and projects with Borough staff, as well as other units in the Enforcement bureau or Department. Work includes performing all areas of case management, including initial and continuing research, designing an appropriate legal strategy, developing and overseeing a case tracking system, preparing and prosecuting cases or supporting hearings.

The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor and participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice. This includes opening claims, obtaining evidence, obtaining medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, assisting clients with their property damage claims and corresponding with insurance companies on a daily basis.
Experienced litigation attorneys are needed to shape the future of AI by engaging with advanced AI models on legal topics, assessing factual accuracy, and identifying reasoning flaws. You will analyze AI-generated legal outputs, simulate litigation scenarios, and collaborate with a team to refine prompts and evaluation standards. A JD and active license to practice law are required.
Candidates MUST be California State Barred. This attorney will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing case documents to support litigation strategy and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of workers’ compensation law and excellent written communication skills, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the review process.
